    About Me

    Hi! I'm Chris Long, LMT. I earned my license in 2005, opened V-Star Massage in North Little Rock  in 2006, and have worked there since.
    I also worked for 6 years as an assistant to a physical therapist in NLR, as well, and the knowledge and techniques I learned while working there and educating in the field of pain management and orthopedic/sport massage has been invaluable in my own practice.
